Contact Us
Have a question about our calculators, found an error, or want to discuss a partnership? We'd love to hear from you.
Important: Medical Questions
We are not able to provide personalized medical advice, diagnose conditions, or interpret individual test results. For any questions about your pregnancy, symptoms, or health, please contact your healthcare provider — your OB-GYN, midwife, or family doctor.
If you are experiencing an emergency — severe pain, heavy bleeding, or any other urgent symptoms — call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
Get in Touch
The best way to reach us is by email. We are a small team and we read every message personally.
How We Can Help
We welcome messages about:
- General questions about how our calculators work or how to interpret results
- Technical issues — if a calculator isn't working correctly on your device or browser
- Accuracy concerns — if something doesn't seem right about a calculation or piece of content
- Content suggestions — requests for new tools or topics we should cover
- Partnership inquiries — collaboration, linking, or other professional inquiries
- Press inquiries — journalists and media are welcome to reach out
Reporting an Error or Inaccuracy
We take accuracy very seriously. If you believe you have found an error in one of our calculators or in our written content, please let us know — we rely on our readers to help us maintain the highest standards.
When reporting an inaccuracy, it helps to include:
- The name of the tool or page where you found the issue
- A description of what appears to be incorrect
- Any sources or references you think support the correct information (optional, but helpful)
We treat accuracy reports as high priority. Calculation errors are reviewed within 24 hours; content errors within 48 hours. We will follow up to let you know the outcome of our review.
Email us at hello@mybabymath.com with the subject line "Error Report" and we will prioritize your message.
What We Are Not Able to Help With
To be clear about our limitations:
- Medical advice: We cannot advise on your specific symptoms, test results, or clinical situation. That is your healthcare provider's role.
- Interpreting your results: We can explain how our calculators work, but we cannot tell you what your due date means for your specific pregnancy — that requires a clinical evaluation.
- Recommending providers or treatments: We are an informational tool, not a referral service.
