These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

My Baby Math provides free, browser-based pregnancy calculators and related informational content, including but not limited to:

Pregnancy due date calculators
Pregnancy week and trimester calculators
IVF due date calculators
Implantation date estimators
Related educational content about pregnancy milestones and fetal development

All tools are provided free of charge. No account creation or payment is required. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

The Service is intended for general informational and educational purposes. It is not a medical service, and use of the Site does not create a patient-provider relationship of any kind.

3. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The tools and content on this Site do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Estimates only: All calculator outputs are statistical estimates based on population-level data and standard clinical formulas. They are not personalized medical assessments. Individual pregnancies vary significantly.
Not medical advice: Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as medical advice, a clinical recommendation, or a substitute for professional medical judgment.
Not a substitute for professional care: The calculators on this Site are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider, including but not limited to an obstetrician-gynecologist (OB-GYN), certified nurse-midwife, or other licensed medical professional.
Always consult your provider: You should always consult your healthcare provider before making any decisions related to your pregnancy, health, or medical treatment. This includes decisions about prenatal care, delivery planning, or responses to symptoms.
Ultrasound supersedes calculators: Dating provided by a qualified sonographer through ultrasound examination is more clinically accurate than any online calculator. Your healthcare provider's clinical assessment always takes precedence.
Seek immediate help when needed: If you are experiencing any pregnancy emergency, including but not limited to heavy bleeding, severe pain, or signs of ectopic pregnancy, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on this Site in an emergency.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree NOT to:

The underlying medical formulas used in our calculators are derived from published scientific literature and are not proprietary. Our implementation, interface, explanatory content, and organization of that material, however, is our original work.

You may share links to our tools and quote brief passages for educational, non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Baby Math expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, My Baby Math, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if My Baby Math has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Specifically, My Baby Math is not liable for any decisions made — medical, personal, or otherwise — based on the output of our calculators. Due dates are estimates. Pregnancy outcomes depend on a complex range of clinical factors that no calculator can assess. All clinical decisions should be made in consultation with your healthcare provider.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) $10 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0, as our service is free).

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless My Baby Math and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of the Site or its content
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party
Any medical decision you make based on information obtained from this Site
